If your records have been expunged pursuant to applicable law, you are not required to answer "yes" to the legal violation question.

I understand that this application is for admission to the University of North Florida (UNF), is valid only for the term and academic program indicated and that I will be bound by UNF's regulations concerning application deadline dates and admission requirements.
